• Creating a form

  Forms are a culmination of inspections, reports and logs that you can create to ensure your business is running smoothly, while adhering to Food Safety Regulations and compliance. So let's look at how to create a form. Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Forms in the lefthand tab. In the new left hand menu now display click on Templates and click tFew readers

• Scheduling a form

  Scheduling a form is useful for time-sensitive forms, such as quarterly or yearly inspections, or for larger multi-site clients. Follow these steps to schedule a template in Squizify. Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Forms in the lefthand tab. In the new left hand menu go to Templates and click on the template you want to schedule. • Sharing completed forms

  Once we complete a form we sometimes need to share it. So how do we go about sharing a form? Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Forms in the lefthand tab. In the new left hand menu go to Completed and find the completed form you want to share. Use the search bar if needed. Click the 3 dots at the right hand side to bring up a pop-up mFew readers

• Setting up External Forms

  External Forms are accessible to staff by scanning a QR code then using their PIN Access, without needing to be logged into Squizify or having the Squizify app installed. To set up External Forms it will first need to be enabled by the Squizify support team or your Customer Success Manager. • Signature Pad

  This feature is available for Tasks, Forms as well as our premium Audit squiz system. Adding a signature pad to one of your Tasks, Forms or Audits is as easy as selecting the Signature option on that question.
