Once the calibration has been checked and the deviation is greater than 2% the calibration needs to be adjusted on the Cooking Oil Tester. If you have not checked the calibration, complete that step first to know how much to adjust the value.

How to adjust the calibration
1. Press the H key and hold for 3 seconds to go to the menu settings.
2. In the menu settings, move up or down using the up and down arrows to select TPM Adjust.
3. Press the H key to enter the TPM Adjust area.
4. Using the up and down keys input the adjustment value.
TPM adjustment value = Standard value - measurement value
5. Press H to save and exit the menu.
6. Move to Return and press H to return to the measurement screen.
7. Your calibration has been adjusted successfully!
