Overview
This article covers the three things you are likely to ask about your Cooking Oil Tester (TPM) once it is in use: what the warranty covers, which spare parts and consumables you may need, and how to dispose of the tester safely at the end of its life. If you are not sure about any of these, the Squizify support team can help.
How It Works
The Cooking Oil Tester (TPM) is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover testers outside the 2-year period, damage from improper use, devices that have been taken apart without authorisation, or damage from improper transport or storage. To make a claim, contact the Squizify support team (see When to repair or replace your Cooking Oil Tester (TPM)).
Key Things to Know
Reference calibration oil (Copeland #9423 or equivalent) is available from local suppliers.
Use any 5V, 1A (or higher) USB charger with a Micro-USB cable.
The tester contains a rechargeable battery, so do not put it in general waste — dispose of it as electronic waste following your local regulations.
