Make sure the printer is not already connected in the device Bluetooth settings:

If the printer is listed as a known or connected device:

1. Open your device settings
2. Go to Bluetooth
3. If the printer is listed as a known or connected device:
   - Forget the printer

Ensure there is no red ERROR light on your printer.

Ensure Printer Model is set to Standard Slim.

- If not selected, press Standard Slim from the droplist then tap Save.

The printer may appear as one of the following:

- Squizify Printer
- Default Printer
- GS*****
- GE*****

Go back to the Labels page and print a label to confirm the printer is working.

1. Ensure there is no red ERROR light on your printer.
2. Open the Squizify app.
3. Go to Labels.
4. Tap + Printer Setup.
5. Ensure Printer Model is set to Standard Slim.
 - If not selected, press Standard Slim from the droplist then tap Save.
6. Tap Bluetooth Configure.
7. Tap Scan for Printers.
8. The printer may appear as one of the following:
 - Squizify Printer
 - Default Printer
 - GS*****
 - GE*****
9. Select the printer from the list.
10. Go back to the Labels page and print a label to confirm the printer is working.
