⚠️ Before You Start
Make sure the printer is not already connected in the device Bluetooth settings:
Open your device settings
Go to Bluetooth
If the printer is listed as a known or connected device:
Forget the printer
🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions
Ensure the STATUS light on the printer is green.
Ensure the PAUSE light is OFF.
If it is ON, press the Pause button once.
If it turns back ON please reach out to our Support team for assistance.
Open the Squizify app.
Go to Labels.
Tap + Printer Setup.
Ensure Printer Model is set to Premium.
If not, select Premium, then tap Save.
Expand Details.
If a Bluetooth connection already exists, tap Delete.
If a Bluetooth connection isn't shown or if there's no Forget option then you can continue.
Tap Bluetooth Configure.
Press and hold the FEED button on the printer to enter pairing mode.
The DATA indicator light (the middle light) will start flashing green. The printer will remain in pairing mode for 2 mins.
Tap Scan for Printers.
The printer may appear as one of the following:
Squizify Printer
Default Printer
50J*****
DFJ*****
Select the printer from the list.
Go back to the Labels page and print a label to confirm the printer is working.
🔎 If the Printer Does Not Appear
Confirm the STATUS light is green.
Confirm the PAUSE light is OFF.
Ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the Squizify app.
Repeat Steps 8–10.
