The most common cause of sensors regularly losing connection and generating offline notifications is signal issues between the sensor and gateway.
What can I do?
Test near another working sensor
Place the sensor next to a working sensor and wait to see if the sensor maintains a connection.
Remove the sensor from the food storage unit.
Place the sensor next to a confirmed working sensor.
Wait to see if the sensor continues to go offline.
If the sensor maintains a connection, reach out to Squizify support via the in-app chat bubble.
Reset your sensor
If the sensor does not maintain a connection you will need to manually reset the sensor: Resetting your Squizify temperature sensor.
Turn the sensor off.
Wait 5 minutes.
Turn the sensor on.
Wait to see if the sensor continues to go offline.
