We've added a new task status called Unpublished based on feedback from our customers.
Why this is helpful
Sometimes you need to set up a task before it’s ready to go live. Or maybe a task is no longer needed, but you still want to keep a record of it for reporting. That’s where the Unpublished status comes in.
What it does
Unpublished tasks are hidden from the task list, so your team won’t see them or need to complete them.
But they still stay saved in the system, so you can include them in reports when needed.
How it works
If you change a Daily task from Published to Unpublished, it will disappear right away from the task list.
If you change it back to Published, it will show up immediately, even if it’s scheduled for later.
This gives you more flexibility and control when managing your compliance tasks.
