This report shows overall completion percentages instead of focusing solely on "Yes" responses.

Bulk Edit of Staff Pin

You can now easily manage staff pin access in bulk. Click on the Manage Staff Access Area button, select users, then for each row decide whether to Enable, Disable, or leave Blank. Once done, save to apply the updated settings.

View Store Specific tasks from Master Template

New feature to view which stores have store specific templates and switch them back to master if needed.

V2 Form Overall Summary report

New report format showing percentage of audits and forms, broken down by region.

Gateway Battery Alerts

New alert system to inform you if your gateway has been unplugged or is no longer connected to mains power. When a gateway is unplugged, 5 alerts will be sent before the gateway dies.

Correctly Align all Headings to Row Columns for Task Detail report

PDF export now forces an even width to all columns and wraps text within the column.

Ability to add tasks to multiple reports

Display issue resolved — tasks now show all assigned reports, not just the first.

Improvements to Audit and Forms Scoring

You can now add staff instructions via the QR code on a label or directly from the Labels page preview.

Dormant Sensor Setting

Add a dormant schedule to a sensor so readings during the dormant period are excluded from reporting and alerting.

Auto Refresh on Sensor Dashboard

The sensor dashboard now refreshes regularly so your data is always up to date.

Assign Actions to all user levels

Any user can now be assigned an action by any other user. Managed via the Show in Actions toggle in the user profile.

Store Closures handled by Reports

Closed stores are now excluded from reports.

Allergen Matrix updated for PEAL requirements

Allergen matrix updated to be in line with PEAL requirements.

Recurring Alert

You can now create recurring alerts set to reoccur weekly or monthly. See: Create an Alert for your Store

Supplier Categories
