1. Go to the login page.
2. Click the “Forgot Password” button.
3. Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.
⚠️ Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.

2. If you know your current password and want to change it
You can update your password directly from your account:
Option A: From the User Settings
Click on your profile icon.
Go to Settings → My Profile.
Enter your current password and then your new password.
Click Update to save the changes.
Option B: Force a password reset for a specific user
Navigate to the User Settings page.
Select the user and choose the force password reset option.
