Setting up External Forms

External Forms are accessible to staff by scanning a QR code then using their PIN Access, without needing to be logged into Squizify or having the Squizify app installed.

To set up External Forms it will first need to be enabled by the Squizify support team or your Customer Success Manager. Please reach out to our Support Team if you have any questions or are unsure if this has been enabled.

Enable External Form PIN access for each staff member

  1. Open the Squizify app

  2. Go to General

  3. Go to Staff

  4. Select a staff member

  5. Enable PIN Access and set the PIN

  6. Enable External Forms

Staff with this option enabled are now able to access external forms using their PIN.

Enable External Forms for each form to be accessed

  1. Go to Forms

  2. Open Templates

  3. Select the template which you would like to enable as an External Form

  4. Select the External Form option

  5. Select Enable External Form

  6. Download and share the QR code or External Form URL

Important Notes

  • A unique QR code is generated for each store.

  • A Staff PIN must be entered to access the form.

  • PIN access allows 5 attempts with the user being locked out after 5 failed attempts.

  • QR codes can be regenerated, please note this will invalidate the previously generated QR code.
