Introducing a new mobile-first daily hygeine check with QR and PIN staff identification and manager reporting to support HACCP compliance.
This form is available via the Forms Public Library.
External Forms
External Forms are accessible to staff by scanning a QR code then using their PIN Access, without needing to be logged into Squizify or having the Squizify app installed.
