What is the cache?

During use applications will download files to your device to provide faster loading times, these files often include images, scripts used by the application and other information.

Over time the cache can grow quite large which takes up space on your device and can cause slow loading speeds. The cache can also cause issues when loading new versions of an application.

It is recommended to clear your cache regularly and after every new update to avoid these issues.
