Can users change their own email address?

Email addresses cannot be changed directly within Squizify — not by the user themselves, and not by account administrators. This applies to all user types on the platform.

What to do if an email address needs to change

Because email addresses cannot be edited, the correct process is to create a new user account with the updated email address. The old user account will need to be deactivated once the new one is set up.

How to get this done

The Squizify support team handles all email change requests. You can reach them by emailing [email protected], or you can ask to be connected to a support team member right now in the chat bubble for faster assistance.

What to include in your request

To process this as quickly as possible, have the following ready:

  • The current email address

  • The new email address to use for the replacement account
