Where do all the Numbers and Analytics come from?
We all know that numbers play a key role in running a successful business. With the amount of data managed in Squizify, it’s helpful to understand how compliance figures are calculated and what they really mean.
Below are some of the key metrics to help you better understand the numbers shown on your profile:
Analytics - Compliance

Whether you manage one location or multiple locations, the Compliance page gives you a clear overview of what tasks have been completed and what’s still pending at any time. You can access this information from your Dashboard or via the Analytics menu.
In the example above you can see that two locations still have essential daily tasks outstanding.
Analytics - Breakdown

Scrolling down to the bottom of the Dashboard or Analytics page you will find the Breakdown of the daily completion percentages. In the example above, Cleaning, Temperature and Use By Dates all have a 33% weighting. As the Temperature task has only been 95% completed, the overall daily completion rate is sitting on 98%.
Task Completion Rates

In this example of the daily task PM Temp Checks, there are two sections - Products and Equipment.
The top green line shows that overall, the PM Temp Check task – only 91% of tasks on this checklist has been completed. This is made up of 80% or 4/5 items in the Products section, and 100% or 6/6 items in the Equipment section. So using 10/11 = 91%
Daily Summary

When you are in any area of the Task menu, you will see a summary of your current completion rates. This example shows the Daily Summary and the Monthly Summary but some profiles may also show a Weekly Summary if applicable.
These figures show the percentage of all Checklists on the Task menu that have been completed for that period. On this profile, there are a total of 11 Daily Tasks, of which 9 have been completed for the day. This gives a Daily Summary of 83%.
There is one monthly Checklist on this profile, which has been completed, giving a Monthly Summary of 100%.
Traffic Lights

The Squizify Traffic Light system helps you to also see at a glance, the status of each of the Checklists.
In the example above we have:
- Hollow green (Deliveries) - checklist has been started and within the specified time
- Full green (TPM Checks) - checklist has been completed and within the specified time
- Hollow red (AM Temp Checks) - checklist has been started but it was outside the specified time
- Full red (Open Travel Path) - checklist is completed yet it was outside the specified time
- Hollow blue (Use By Dates) - checklist has not been started yet.
