Setting up incomplete email alerts for Tasks
What is an incomplete email alert?
The incomplete email alerts allow Managers and Corporate Masters for the venue to receive an email an hour after the completion time of a task, this acts as a reminder to the managers on duty that a scheduled task has not been completed to avoid missed tasks.
If you are assigned to multiple locations you will receive 1 email with a break down into the individual sites who have incomplete tasks.
The email alert is customizable for each task list.
Setting up the alerts
- Select the bubble with your initials in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Select Master Tasks
- Select the Task that requires this feature
- Select the 'Must be completed before ' time box
- Adjust this to the time that this task is expected to be completed
- Press save!
