Understanding the tasks menu
Tasks takes the trouble out of completing your daily food safety checks ensuring your teams are not only completing what they should but when they should. Before we look at how Tasks work, let's look at what the coloured circles mean?
Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Tasks located in the left hand menu.
Once in, you will see all Tasks that are set up for you to check. Each Item has a circle and the colours within these circles have a unique meaning. So what are they?
A circle with a GREEN outline: This means the checklist within this Task Section is part completed and your completion is still within the allowed time frame.
A circle with a RED outline: This means the checklist within this Task Section is part completed but you are now outside of the allowed time frame and they will be marked as completed late.
A solid GREEN circle: This means the checklist within this Task Section is fully completed and completed within the allowed time frame.
A solid RED circle: This means the checklist within this Task Section is fully complete, but it was completed outside of the allowed time frame.
A circle with a GREY outline: This means the checklist within this Task Section is yet to be completed, basically this task Section is untouched and requires completion.
