Standard Sensors


The standard sensor has a single light on the front which will flash or go solid to indicate the function the sensor is carrying out.

Activate

When the sensor is activated a blue light will go solid for approximately 5 seconds, this indicates the sensor has been switched on. Please note, the light will turn off after the 5 seconds.

Deactivate

When the sensor is switched off a blue light will flash 5 times, this indicates the sensor has been switched off.

Standard operation

A blue light will flash periodically to indicate the sensor is active and data is being sent to a gateway.

Long-Range Sensors (H39 - H42)


The Long-Range sensor has a single light on the front which will flash or go solid to indicate the function the sensor is carrying out.

Activate

When the sensor is activated a blue light will go solid for approximately 5 seconds, this indicates the sensor has been switched on. Please note, the light will turn off after the 5 seconds.

Deactivate

When the sensor is switched off a blue light will flash 5 times followed by 1 green flash, this indicates the sensor has been switched off.

Standard operation

A blue light will flash periodically to indicate the sensor is active and data is being sent to a gateway.

Red Light

A red light is indicative of a potential fault with the sensor, if this occurs please switch the sensor off, wait at least 2 minutes then switch the sensor on. If the sensor continues to display a red light or does not begin updated in the Squizify App within 15minutes please reach out to the Squizify Support team for further assistance.

Long-Range Sensor


Long-Range Sensors (H46 - onwards)


Long-range sensors with Serial Number H46xxxxx onwards look the same as other long-range sensors, however they come with additional functionality

Activate

When the sensor is activated a blue light will go solid for approximately 5 seconds, this indicates the sensor has been switched on. Please note, the light will turn off after the 5 seconds.

Reset

When the orange button is pressed and held for 5 seconds, a green light will flash five times. This indicates the sensor is resetting (turning itself off then on - Warning! stored readings will be lost during this process).

Deactivate

To turn off the sensor, continue holding the orange button while the green light is flashing, this will be followed by five blue flashes. This indicates the sensor is powering off.

Standard operation

A blue light will flash periodically when data is sent from the sensor to the gateway, this indicates the sensor is operating and is connected to a gateway.

Red Light

A red light is indicative of a potential fault with the sensor, if this occurs please switch the sensor off, wait at least 2 minutes then switch the sensor on. If the sensor continues to display a red light or does not begin updated in the Squizify App within 15minutes please reach out to the Squizify Support team for further assistance.
