How to print while offline

The internet may go down but labels still need to be printed, how does this work and what can you do to be prepared?

Firstly, you will need to ensure offline printing is enabled for your account. If you're unsure or would like it to be enabled please reach out to our Support Team via the chat bubble.

1. Open the Squizify App and login

2. Select your initials in the top right corner of the screen

3. Using the drop down menu select Download
   

4. Select Staff Pin and Labels (You still need to download both of these even if there is a tick next to them)
   

You are now able to run the Labels offline with Staff Pin capabilities

When you come back online you need to sync the data from the labels printed while you were offline.

• Select your initials in the top right corner
• Using the dropdown menu select Sync (this will appear when you come back online)
• There is also a pop up to confirm you want to upload the offline data

When you make any edits to the Labels or Staff Pin you must follow the steps 1-6 each time to load the new data into the offline mode

Ticks on the Staff Pin and Labels on the download menu are always there as they show some data is downloaded. This may not be the most recent data so remember to always update/ select these when you make any edits

When you go offline only the most recent downloaded information will show.
