Duplicate Tasks or Sections
It is now simpler than ever to build tasks with the ability to duplicate a section, with or without all rows. It is also possible to duplicate an entire task if there is a task that you want to use as a template to then make changes on this without affecting the current task.
Previously all sections had to be created and worked on individually, now you can create your first section then duplicate as many times as you need. This ensures all settings are the same between sections and all ensures that all columns are the same which makes reporting a breeze.
Once you have created a task and perfected it if you want to have a duplicate now you can just click one button and you will have an exact replica. This is great for tasks that have to be done multiple times a day but are independent of each other, ie. AM and PM temp checks, Morning and Evening cleaning schedules, Lunch and Dinner wastage etc.
This duplicate feature is also good if you are making changes to an existing task but don't want to affect current operations you can duplicate and use our new unpublish feature to work on a task in the background then switch the tasks over when you are ready.
