Completing daily opening and closing tasks
Through the Tasks menu, capturing opening and closing procedures is crucial for maintaining a clean and orderly establishment which is safe for both customers and staff ensuring nothing is missed. In this article we will take you through completing a task list.
Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Tasks in the left size menu. If you support multiple venues you might be prompted to select a Venue before continuing.
Select the checklist you would like to complete. In this case we will be completing our opening procedure under Open Travel Path located in the left hand menu.
Complete the questions by selecting the Yes or No button. Some question will require you to add a comment, upload an image.
If you want to add an additional Note, Photo or Action click the icons below the Yes/No Buttons. For ease of use you can always collapse everything to only show the questions and buttons by clicking the Collapse All button.
When Adding a Note, type the note and click the blue SAVE button. The note is now added with reference to who added it and at what time and date.
When Adding a Photo from your tablet or phone, take the photo and click the blue UPLOAD button. The photo is now added under the Images heading, note you can add multiple photos if needed.
Adding an Action is similar to adding an Action in the Action Tab. Simply click the Action icon and complete all the fields.
Make sure you assign the Action, select the Priority and enter a Due date and time. You can upload images if needed too. Once done click the blue CREATE ACTION button. The action is now added to you Tasks, and will automatically appear in the main Actions tab. The assignee will also be notified.
Answer all questions in the Task list and remember to click the blue SAVE button as you go.
**Note:** If during the process you loose internet connection, simply wait for the connection to be reestablished then click SAVE. This way your information will not be lost during time-outs.
Your daily tasks are now completed and will reflect in the Top Daily, Weekly and Monthly summary percentage. It will also update your compliance on the Analytics page where team members can view your progress.
