Adding actions to audits

Any actions created in Audit Squiz can be viewed by pressing the actions button on the left hand menu within Audit Squiz.
The actions will be grouped by the audits they belong to.



You can search for an audit using the:
Search bar
Filter bar
By Audit, By Venue buttons
Scrolling down the page

Press on the name of the audit, this will give you a summary of the actions created from that audit:
Audit Name
Location and ID
Description
Due Date
Priority
Status



Click on the action and the details of the action will appear in a pop out menu on the right hand side of the page.

This will provide all information on the action and the audit it has come from:
Who added the action
How many days the action has been active
Action Details
Description
Assigned To
Source
Audit Squiz (audit is had come from)
Question Name
Status
Due Date
Any Attachments (photos or comments can be viewed or added)
Status (complete or incomplete)
Using the pencil next to action details the user can edit the action if required.
