What Information is in the Label Report

Running a label report can provide a great deal of insight into what is happening in your business. For example, which staff member is doing the most food prep, how much volume of a product is being prepared each day etc.  Here is a run down of how to extract the data you require from the Reports section.

From the Main Menu scroll down the bottom to Reports to open the reporting dashboard_._

In the top area, click on the drop-down list next to Section and select Label.  This will open up a secondary Category menu, where you can select from Summary  or Product Summary.  On the right hand side you can also select the dates that you want the data to report on.

By selecting the Summary option, the report will show the total number of labels printed for the whole Brand, the total for each Store, and the number of labels printed at each Store for each day in the date range selected.

If you select the Product Summary report, this will show you the number of Labels printed for each individual Product at each Store on each day.

At any point, you can export the report to a CSV file by clicking on the logo at the top of each heading.

You can drill further into a specific Store or selected Stores by clicking on the Edit Report button at the top of the first Section and select the data you want from the filters that are available.  Once you have set your filters, select Run Report to re-generate the report.
