Using the Planner

The Squizify Planner helps you manage cooking, hot hold and cold hold times and lets you know when each of these products are about to be completed or expire.



For a Product to show up on the Planner, it must first be added to the Master Product list.
When you are ready to start a cooking or hold time, simply select the Product you want to start from the planner, check the time is correct, or adjust it if necessary.

A summary of the items added to the planner can be found at the bottom of the Planner dashboard:


If you have used all of a product and need to stop the Planner, click on the orange cancel icon. Select Continue to confirm you wish to stop the record, or Cancel this action to leave the item running.

Generally records for items on the Planner are not saved, however, we can add this feature to your Reports. Please send us a message via our Support Chat if you would like this feature on your profile.
