Trouble Logging In?


From time to time, you might run into issues logging into the Squizify app. Before reaching out to support, you can try these quick steps:



Check your internet connection-

  • Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Try opening a website like www.squizify.com to confirm your connection works.
  • If you’re still having trouble, try changing your network, switch from Wi-Fi to a cellular (Hotspot) data connection.


  1. Check your login details- Make sure your email and password are typed correctly, with no extra spaces.
  2. Update the Squizify app - Go to the Play Store or App Store and make sure you have the latest version installed.
  3. Clear the app cache and data- This can help fix minor glitches. (Refer the link- How do I clear the cache on my tablet? )
  4. Restart your device- Restarting your tablet or phone can help apply updates and improve performance.
  5. Reinstall the Squizify app- Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Don’t worry, your data is safe.
