Scheduling a form

Scheduling a form is useful for time-sensitive forms, such as quarterly or yearly inspections, or for larger multi-site clients. Follow these steps to schedule a template in Squizify.

  • Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Forms in the lefthand tab.
  • In the new left hand menu go to Templates and click on the template you want to schedule.
  • In the pop-up that appears click Schedule.
  • The right side slide-out now appears where you can click the blue + Add new button.

Set the schedule

Repeat schedule:

  • Choose if you want the form to repeat.
  • If you select Weekly, choose the days the form needs to be completed.

Select stores:

  • Use the Store Selector drop-down list.
  • Tick the stores where this form needs to be completed.

Set start date:

  • Select a Start Date from the calendar.
  • Tick the checkbox next to On.

Set end date (if needed):

  • Choose if and when the schedule should end.
  • Tick the checkbox next to your preferred End option.

Scheduling a One-Off (Non-Repeating) Form

If you need to schedule a form for specific dates only (and not on a repeating schedule), follow these steps:

  1. When setting up the schedule, go to Repeat Every and select Custom.
  2. Under Repeat On, choose the required date(s).
  3. Click Add Date to include each selected date.
  4. Save and activate the schedule.

The form will appear only on the selected date(s) and will not repeat.

✅ Your form is now scheduled, and the selected venues will be notified when they need to complete it.
