Logging a council visit
Council visits are done throughout the year. These visits identify potential risks to food safety, ensuring your food safety program is up to scratch. Keeping detailed records of these visits forms part of your food safety protocol and through Squizify we have made it easy for you to add visit reports.
Log in to the Squizify application, and go to General in the lefthand tab and select Council Visit.
Click the blue ADD NEW button.
Upload your council visit report, these report will generally be supplied in an electronic PDF format which you can save to our system.
Click the blue SUBMIT button and you are done. The report is added by date with a clickable blue link which will open the report in a new window for you.
Your Council Report has now successfully been added. To view any report click on the Blue Files Link which will open the PDF in browser where you can view or download it.
How to log a council visit
