How To Run a Sensor Temperature Report

There are a number of ways that you can access the sensor records to see what your fridges (or other sensors) have been up to. Here are a few examples:

  1. From the Sensor Dashboard - you can click on any sensor to see the temperature records.  The default view is 1 Day, but you can change this by clicking on the dropdown box and selecting one of the preset options, or use the Custom option to select a specific time period that you wish to see.

  1. Down the bottom of this page, you will also be able to view any sensor alerts. Select the time frame and it will show any alerts that have been recieved over this period.

  1. Our Sensor Summary report is a good way to see a snapshot of all of your sensors. Simply go to the Main Menu, Reports, then in Section select Sensors, and from Category, select  Sensor Summary.  Once again, you can choose a preset time, or select your own custom report period.  You can also select specific sensors (or Stores) from the Edit Report option.

This report will give you a summary for each sensor that calculates the overall average AM and PM temperature over the chosen time period for each sensor, followed by a chart of the sensor readings for that time.

Please Note: If you're running a large report (over multiple venues, long periods or multiple sensors) the report will take longer to generate.

  1. A Sensor Details report shows temperature readings captured by the sensor every 10 minutes over a set period. Each entry records the date, time, and temperature at the moment the reading was taken, providing a continuous log of conditions and helping ensure consistent monitoring over time.
