How to Reset or Change Your Password

This guide explains how to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, or how to change it if you already know your current password.

1. If you have forgotten your password

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click the “Forgot Password” button.
3. Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.

2. If you know your current password and want to change it

You can update your password directly from your account:

Option A: From the User Settings

1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Go to Settings → My Profile.
3. Enter your current password and then your new password.
4. Click Update to save the changes.

Option B: Force a password reset for a specific user

• Navigate to the User Settings page.
• Select the user and choose the force password reset option.
