How to remove or deactivate a user

1. Select the bubble with your initials in the top right corner

2. Select Settings

3. Select Users on the left hand menu

4. Either scroll, use the search bar or use the filters on top of each column to find the user that you want to remove

5. Click on the users name

• Select Delete to permanently remove this user from the platform.
• Select Is Deactivated to make the account inactive. The user will no longer have access to the platform, but all account information will be retained. You can reactivate the account at any time by unticking this option.

6. Don't forget to save!
