How to Add Master Equipment
Setting up the Master Equipment list
- Select your initials in the top right corner of the screen
- Select 'Settings'.
- Select 'Master Equipment' on the left side menu.
- Select 'Add' on the top right corner.
- Fill in the required information.
- You need to fill in the name of the Equipment if you would like to use the product in the temperature check lists.
- Equipment Category is also mandatory this will also place a copy of the Equipment in the maintenance section
- You do not need to enter the service frequency but it is handy to be able to track in the maintenance section!
- Don't forget to press submit!
Helpful Hint: If you require a list of master equipment, you can export this list using the export button!
How to Add More Equipment Categories
- While in Master Equipment select the Settings button on the right hand side
- This will pop out a menu on the right
- To add to this menu select add category at the bottom of the list
- To delete a current category select the bin
- To hide a category untick the box
- Don't forget to save!
