How to Add Master Equipment

Setting up the Master Equipment list

  1. Select your initials in the top right corner of the screen


  1. Select 'Settings'.


  1. Select 'Master Equipment' on the left side menu.


  1. Select 'Add' on the top right corner.


  1. Fill in the required information.
  • You need to fill in the name of the Equipment if you would like to use the product in the temperature check lists.
  • Equipment Category is also mandatory this will also place a copy of the Equipment in the maintenance section
  • You do not need to enter the service frequency but it is handy to be able to track in the maintenance section!
  • Don't forget to press submit!


Helpful Hint: If you require a list of master equipment, you can export this list using the export button!



How to Add More Equipment Categories


  1. While in Master Equipment select the Settings button on the right hand side


  1. This will pop out a menu on the right
  • To add to this menu select add category at the bottom of the list
  • To delete a current category select the bin
  • To hide a category untick the box


  1. Don't forget to save!
