How to add a QR code to a label
QR codes can be added to labels to link additional information such as allergens, nutrition and other details. Before attempting to add the QR codes, ensure you have some data in the locations (recipes, equipment etc) to test with.

To get started, you need to enter the relevant data into the recipe and make sure to approve the item you want to link. To do this for recipes, allergens, and nutrition, here are the steps:
From the Main menu, select General then Product Information.
Select the Recipe you would like to have linked.
Select Edit recipe
Once in the recipe scroll down to the drop-down menus labeled - Information, Ingredients, Allergen Information, and Nutrition and select the section you want to link the QR codes to. The following image shows the Allergen Info expanded.
At the bottom of each drop down there will be a tick box that is unmarked that says Approved. Tick this box, and then press Save.
Ensure the label is set up for Is Product
Go to the Labels menu and scroll down to + menu settings. Select the heading where you want to add your QR code lables and tick the Is Product option and save:
Now you are ready to add the QR code to the label
Select the Labels heading on the taskbar.
Select the label you wish to link the information to and press the edit pen next to the product name in the popout menu.
Once in the popout menu scroll to the bottom.
Product information should be the last drop-down item on the menu
Using the Select Product drop-down menu search for the Recipe you would like to link to this label.
Select the tick boxes that apply to the information you wish to display on your label.
Make sure the template you have selected for the label has a QR code on it
Select save and test it!
