How do I Ensure Staff Take a Photo when Completing a Checklist?

It's important to make sure your standards in all areas of your business are being maintained. Squizify makes it easy to do this by enabling Users to upload photos in their regular checklists. For specific tasks, you can ensure a photo is taken every time before the checklist can be marked as completed. Here is our quick guide on how to add this feature to your checklist:

Click on your User Icon, then select Settings. This will open up the side menu where you can select Master Tasks.

When you select Master Tasks, you will see all of your Checklists listed. Scroll down until you find the Checklist you want to update and click anywhere in that row. This will open up the Checklist design page.

Now click on the arrow to the right of +Section Sections to reveal the task rows that have been added to the list. It should look like this:

Now find the task you would like to ensure a photo is added to and click on the arrow at the end of that row. When this row expands, you will see the option Image is required. Click the checkbox here to select it.

If you want to provide a sample image to show what should be included in the daily Checklist, you can also select Enable Sample Image and upload a file to the popup box that appears.

Repeat this process for any other rows on the list where you would like to ensure an image is included. Now scroll back to the top of the list and click on Save to update your changes.
