Creating a system alert

When a critical food safety breach happens it’s so important that the right people are notified quickly and proof of any actions are recorded correctly.

Log in to the Squizify application, and go to General in the lefthand tab and select Alerts.

Click the blue ADD button.


Fill in the details in the pop-up, and make sure to select your Venue. You can also upload a video.


Once done, ensure all information is correct and click the blue SUBMIT button. You will be directed to the new entry page where you can make additional selection such as Need user acknowledgement.


If you require now further changes click the < Alerts link top right to go back to see all system alerts.


Your system alert will now have been added to your list of alerts and can be tracked and completed here.
