Completing an action assigned to you

Creating a culture of safety where small issues are turned into actions makes for a safer environment for everyone. Now it's your turn to do your bit and complete the action assigned to you.

Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Actions in the lefthand tab.

Select the Action assigned to you, again a right hand pop-up will slide out.

The pop-up will identify who added the action & when at the top. You will also see the description of the said action along with images relating to it. If the actions was added via a form or Audit it will state the Source and which form, as well as the question the Action relates to.

Type your comment upon resolving or completing the Action and click the blue + Add Comment.

Now click the green COMPLETE button under Status. And you're done, you have now successfully completed your Actions.
