Adding and editing my task list

Throughout our day and every month we have general tasks we need to complete. For instance, opening our Store. It's a duty we perform daily without thinking, and sometimes we miss things. By adding these checks to your Tasks Section you can take the guess work out of these routines. The Checklist Section is located on the left main menu once you have logged into the Squizify application.

But what if I need to edit a checklists, or add a check to my Tasks list?

In our example we will take you through editing and saving the Open Travel Path Task (OTP) but the same process applies for any Master Task. (OTP is a daily task list we created which is a culmination of the processes and checks involved in opening your venue - basically a daily checklist.)

Log in to the Squizify application, and go to Settings located in a dropdown menu when you click your icon in the top right.

In the left hand menu click on Master Tasks and select Open Travel Path (OTP).   If you need a new list added, please email support@squizify.com or contact us through Chat.

NB - if you are a Corporate/Master user, your changes will apply to all locations/venues on your profile.  If you only want to edit tasks for an individual location, you need to use a Store/Manager login.

To edit the times for Open Travel Path (OTP) choose the times (Fill in the Must be completed before & after) and check the necessary boxes. Click the blue SAVE button.

To add tasks to you Open Travel Path (OTP) click the + Add Row at the bottom of the list. Now give it a descriptive name to ensure everyone will know what the task is and click SUBMIT. (For our example we added Clean All Floors)

The new task will be added at the bottom of the list and can be moved by dragging & dropping it. In our example we are moving our new task to the second row.

Once done do not forget to click SAVE. Your new task is now added. You can also edit existing tasks by clicking the down arrow on the right of the row. This will expand the row you wish to edit. Make your changes and again once done click SAVE.
