Recurring Alert

You can now create recurring alerts which can be set to reoccur weekly or monthly.

Supplier Categories

Supplier categories allow you to view only specified suppliers in each category. Suppliers can be assigned to categories in the supplier page, then you can select which category you want to show in each task section from the task template.

Weekly and Monthly Squiz

Additional viewing options have been added to the Daily Squiz email allowing you to view weekly and monthly reporting.

Custom Period Check

We have updated our period checks to allow for custom timeframes providing greater flexibility to better suit your business. When creating or editing tasks ensure 'Period Check Enabled' at the top of the screen is ticked, open the Section Settings and change the 'Unit' to 'Custom', from here you can select the start date and how many days within the rotation.

Auto Report Emails

We now have the ability to generate and email reports every Monday and on the 1st of each month, please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat bubble or email to set this up.

Updated Allergens Section

On 25 February 2024 new requirements entered into force for the labelling of allergens in food. In response to these new requirements, Squizify has updated our list of allergens. No other changes were required and allergens can be viewed and accessed using existing methods.

Time as a row compliance option

When creating or editing Master Tasks, you now have the option to set row completion timeframes within which the specified rows must be completed.
To set a row compliance timeframe go to the Master Tasks menu, open the respective Task, then for each individual row set the Must be completed after and Must be completed before times.

Bulk Edit Sensors for Brand Admins

Brand admins now have the ability to edit multiple sensors at the same time, to do this:
Open the Sensors Dashboard
Select '+ Settings' on the top right corner of the page,
Select '+ Bulk Edit' at the top of the settings menu
Select all sensors you wish to edit, along with the fields which require editing

Force action on failed response of a form or audit

When editing or creating new forms and audits, you can now make an action required when a question is answered in a particular way.
I.e. If a 'No' or 'Fail' response is provided, the staff member can be required to complete an action.
