Improvements to Our Form and Audit System

We are actively enhancing our AuditSquiz and Form systems to improve usability and efficiency. Over the next few months, you will notice several upgrades, starting with fundamental usability enhancements.

This week's update includes a simpler saving system—now, when you save a form, all included fields will be saved simultaneously, including any added actions, photos, or notes. Stay tuned for more improvements!

Equipment Provider Integration

We have expanded our unit monitoring capabilities by integrating directly with select equipment suppliers' built-in monitoring systems. This integration enhances our ability to track and manage equipment performance seamlessly.

If you are interested in exploring this feature and checking if we can integrate directly with your equipment provider, please contact the SquizSquad to inquire about our existing partnerships.

Customer Notification: Gateway Power Alerts

To ensure uninterrupted service, we have introduced a new alert system that notifies you when your gateway is running on battery and at risk of shutting down. This feature is disabled by default so please contact our team if you would like it enabled.

If your gateway is unplugged, you will receive up to five alerts before it powers off:

Unplugged Alert: A notification that your gateway has been disconnected from mains power.

Battery Low (75%) Alert: A reminder that the battery is now below 75%.

Battery Low (50%) Alert: A warning that the battery has dropped below 50%.

Battery Critical (25%) Alert: A critical notification indicating the battery is below 25%.

Gateway Offline Alert: A final alert informing you that the gateway has shut down due to a drained battery.

The first four alerts can be dismissed, but the final Gateway Offline Alert will remain on your screen until action is taken. To clear this alert, you must either:

Plug your gateway back into power.

Contact support in case of a power outage or gateway failure.

This feature ensures that you are promptly informed and can take action to prevent disruptions. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team.
