Out of Schedule Audits

Audit Squiz can now be created without having to set a schedule. This won’t impact existing audits.

Custom window audits

Area Managers can now create Audits using customizable schedules.

How does it work?
Go to Audit Squiz and edit an existing Audit.
Select the blue Settings button on the top right.
Expand the Frequency section.
Select after how many Days, Weeks or Months the audit should generate along with the Start date.
Click Save.

Disable store user to edit a checklist template

Store users can no longer edit task/checklist templates - This change does not impact Store Manager users.

Alert email to include the sensor serial number and name

When actions are created from sensor alerts, the ‘**Action assigned**’ email will include the sensor name and serial number.

Bug Fixes

Form Alert Email link has been fixed.

Store specific alerts now only display for the stores required within the brand.
Sensor chart improvement for new sensors in the Daily Squiz
Disable auto reports for any users who do not have email subscribed selected on their profile setup.
Sensors in dormant functions now do not trigger alerts within this dormant period.
Incomplete task prompt email is now only received on the days the task is visible for the users.
